一、個人工作總結(jié)

我是去年*月有幸被**公司錄用的，之前我一直從事廣告平面設(shè)計方面的工作，到了蘇州后找的第一份工作就是網(wǎng)頁設(shè)計，不過做的時間不是很長，對這方面還算是個生手。

到了**公司以后，先是擔(dān)任平臺設(shè)計師的工作至*月下旬，然后又調(diào)到網(wǎng)站建設(shè)部做網(wǎng)站設(shè)計師一直至今。在工作中，我學(xué)到了很多東西，從不懂，到有點懂，再到完全熟悉網(wǎng)頁設(shè)計師的崗位職責(zé)。這中間的過程，只有我自己最清楚。

很多時候，日常的工作是瑣碎的，我們只有自己從中找到樂趣，才不會覺得枯燥;很多時候當(dāng)我們做網(wǎng)站剛有靈感的時候，會突然有其它的工作布置下來，我們只有自己調(diào)整好自己的心態(tài)，統(tǒng)籌安排好自己的工作，才不會手忙腳亂。

那天爸爸給我打電話的時候，我正在加班，爸爸說，怎么又在加班了，要注意身體。我告訴爸爸，不知道為什么我喜歡工作，喜歡那種充實的感覺，雖然有的時候回到家的時候真的很累，也會偶爾覺得自己活得有點辛苦，但是一旦自己真的閑下來的時候，反而覺得很不適應(yīng)了。爸爸說，恭喜你，長大了，那至少說明你不是一個好逸惡勞的人。

二、與同事相處

到了**公司以后，要感謝的人真的很多…

在平臺上工作的時候，感謝總監(jiān)一直教導(dǎo)我，要不斷提高自己的設(shè)計能力;感謝龔琳娜從我進公司的第一天起，就耐心的教給我很多我不懂的東西;感謝劉國平和邱小東，在我剛進公司對代碼絲毫不懂的情況下，對我的熱心的幫助。感謝有在平臺上磨練的那段時光，正是那段時間激發(fā)了我的斗志和工作熱情!

到了網(wǎng)站建設(shè)部以后，我被一種莫名的東西感動著。我們是一支年輕的隊伍，部門經(jīng)理也是一個80年代以后的年輕的女孩子。我們雖然年輕，但是我們并不浮躁，我們充滿激情和憧憬，我們充滿力量和動力。這不正是我想要的那種感覺嗎?為了一個同目標(biāo)，我們會齊心奮力向前。我的心找到了歸宿，我安定了下來。我確定：這就是我的事業(yè)，為**公司，為自己，努力著!前進著!

三、與客戶溝通

雖然從大學(xué)畢業(yè)的時間還不到兩年，但是，可能因為我是一個不太能閑得住的人吧，從大二開始我就在學(xué)習(xí)之余將自己的另一只腳正式踏入了設(shè)計行業(yè)。

在來**公司之前，我也接觸過很多各種各樣的客戶，有蠻不講理的，也有和藹可親的，不過那些都是和客戶當(dāng)面溝通交流的，和客戶在意見上發(fā)生分歧時，大部分我可以很輕易的用我的設(shè)計專業(yè)方面的知識說服客戶，甚至可以現(xiàn)場做出效果來改變他們的主意。

可是，來了**公司之后，我才發(fā)現(xiàn)電話溝通真的是一門很深奧的學(xué)問。在電話這頭的我，看不見電話那頭客戶的表情，動作，只能從電話中客戶的語氣來分析猜測客戶此時的想法和心情。也漸漸開始明白：有些時候，不論客戶再怎么糾纏，我都必須堅持某些工作上的原則，因為一旦為一個客戶開了先河，我就必須考慮到接下來該如何面對更多的客戶，我必須為自己的一言一行負責(zé)到底;而有些時候，又必須對一些客戶妥協(xié)，即使他們再怎么讓我深惡痛絕，我還是必須認真的完成對他們的服務(wù)，因為不能因為一些小事，丟失掉一些重要的客戶。

感謝**公司!讓我從客觀上對自己在以前所學(xué)的知識有了更加感性的認識，使自己更加充分地理解了理論與實際的關(guān)系。

四、工作態(tài)度

一個人的工作態(tài)度折射著一個人的人生態(tài)度，而一個人的人生態(tài)度又決定一個人一生的成就。我的工作，就是我的生命的投影。一個天性樂觀，對工作充滿熱忱的人，無論他眼下是在洗馬桶、挖土方，或者是在經(jīng)營著一家大公司，都會認為自己的工作是一項神圣的天職，并懷著深切的興趣。對工作充滿熱忱的人，不論遇到多少艱難險阻，都會像希爾頓一樣：哪怕是洗一輩子馬桶，也要做個洗馬桶最優(yōu)秀的人!所以我會努力讓自己保持良好的心態(tài)工作，遵守公司的各項規(guī)章制度;完成各項工作和任務(wù)。我要在20xx年比20xx年做的更好。

五、建議和意見

1、首先，我覺得公司的天目湖拓展真的很好，加強同事之間的感情，加強了團結(jié)協(xié)作的能力。有很多同事，以前我都叫不出名字的，卻在這次拓展中，讓我發(fā)現(xiàn)了他們身上的很多平時發(fā)現(xiàn)不了的閃光點。讓我更加熱愛這個集體，熱愛每一個可愛的**公司人!

2、我覺得公司可以考慮給我們多點專業(yè)性的培訓(xùn)，就拿我們網(wǎng)站建設(shè)部來說，可以找一些在設(shè)計方面比較厲害的人給我們培訓(xùn)培訓(xùn)，或者多參加一些類似于上海國際旅游交易會那樣的活動，可以開拓我們的視野，提升我們的設(shè)計水平，以及對旅游的認識。

3、還有一點，我感覺我們每天早晨的晨會分享，以及我們部門每周五中午的專業(yè)培訓(xùn)挺好的，每次都能學(xué)到東西，有時候就是一些小小的技巧，卻可以在工作中很大程度的提高工作效率。

新的一年里我為自己制定了新的目標(biāo)，那就是要加緊學(xué)習(xí)，更好的充實自己，以飽滿的精神狀態(tài)來迎接新一年工作的挑戰(zhàn)。我心里在暗暗的為自己鼓勁。要在工作中站穩(wěn)腳步，踏踏實實，多向其他同事學(xué)習(xí)，取長補短，相互交流好的工作經(jīng)驗，共同進步，爭取更好的工作成績，為公司做出更大的貢獻。
