真的是萬(wàn)事開(kāi)頭難啊，遇到了很多問(wèn)題，比如：插入的圖片不符合規(guī)格，一下子把其他內(nèi)容的框架擠開(kāi);插入的層太多，大一點(diǎn)的就把小一點(diǎn)的給覆蓋掉了;插入的flash不能產(chǎn)生效果?？傊畣?wèn)題一籮筐。實(shí)踐出真知，原來(lái)自己還有那么多欠缺的知識(shí)。于是回歸本源，先把課本上的東西弄通再談其他。然后又到圖書(shū)管里借了幾本網(wǎng)頁(yè)制作方面的書(shū)籍來(lái)參考。

在對(duì)基本知識(shí)有了詳細(xì)的了解之后，做起東西來(lái)就得心應(yīng)手多了，知道引導(dǎo)頁(yè)能過(guò)加映像之后，我決定為我的網(wǎng)頁(yè)設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)引導(dǎo)頁(yè)。

然后是主頁(yè)和二級(jí)頁(yè)面的設(shè)置。要注意,網(wǎng)上只能使用jpg和gif兩種圖象格式，其他諸如bmp和tif等很通用的格式都不能用在網(wǎng)上,因?yàn)樗鼈兲罅?但可以用圖象軟件進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)換，比如office 97的照片編輯器。把準(zhǔn)備在主頁(yè)上出現(xiàn)的圖象放進(jìn)相應(yīng)的目錄里后.

在一步一步的邊學(xué)邊做的過(guò)程中，看著心中的東西一點(diǎn)一點(diǎn)的出來(lái)，真的很有成就感。雖然自己的網(wǎng)頁(yè)技術(shù)還差的遠(yuǎn)，但是回顧一下這周真的學(xué)到了很多的東西。

之前把作過(guò)的東西放到u盤(pán)里，發(fā)生過(guò)圖片顯示不出來(lái)的狀況，還好即使找到了解救的方法，把源文件和web頁(yè)面放到一起這樣就算路徑改變的話也不會(huì)影響頁(yè)面的效果。

一.網(wǎng)站的整體規(guī)劃

1.討論網(wǎng)站主題：因?yàn)樽约簩?duì)普羅旺斯很感興趣，于是就想到要是一下為心中的仙境設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)旅游網(wǎng)站。

2.定位網(wǎng)站ci形象：旅游網(wǎng)站最重要的就是是瀏覽者產(chǎn)生想去親身體驗(yàn)一下的共鳴。于是在網(wǎng)頁(yè)設(shè)計(jì)上面，根據(jù)普羅旺斯夢(mèng)幻般的意境，我采用的是清新雋永的ci形象。使瀏覽者有賓至如歸的感受。

3.確定欄目和板塊：

1]首先要考慮整個(gè)網(wǎng)頁(yè)的長(zhǎng)和寬，以及長(zhǎng)度和寬度之間的比例。

2]其次就應(yīng)該考慮導(dǎo)航條的設(shè)置了。

3]正文的框架設(shè)置 (橫向因素和縱向因素交錯(cuò))

在瀏覽了很多精美的旅游網(wǎng)站之后，再結(jié)合自己的想法，我先在草紙上畫(huà)出了大體的欄目和板塊。

4.網(wǎng)站的整體風(fēng)格和創(chuàng)意：建立一個(gè)浪漫的旅行網(wǎng)站，走映像派路線，目的務(wù)必使瀏覽者留下映像。

二.網(wǎng)頁(yè)制作的前期策劃與準(zhǔn)備

1.資料的搜集：由于個(gè)人的愛(ài)好，我很早以前就收集了許多普羅旺斯的美圖，這次就方便多了。接著就搜集了一些有夢(mèng)幻效果的網(wǎng)頁(yè)背景，fiash源代碼、小圖標(biāo)和一些gif的動(dòng)畫(huà)等。

2.熟悉制作工具軟件：

硬件：

一臺(tái)電腦(64mb以上內(nèi)存，當(dāng)然越大越好啦);可以撥號(hào)上網(wǎng);如果你有條件的話,建議:配置掃描儀,這將大大方便圖像和文字的輸入;

軟件：

html編輯軟件：常用的有frontpage、hotdog等，本文重點(diǎn)介紹 dreamweaver;

圖像處理軟件：常用的有photoshop、flash、fireworks 等;

文件上傳軟件：常用的有cuteftp、wsftp等。

在教學(xué)工作方面，優(yōu)化教學(xué)方法，按常規(guī)做好課前、課中、課后的各項(xiàng)工作，認(rèn)真鉆研教材，課堂教學(xué)真正體現(xiàn)“教師為主導(dǎo)，學(xué)生為主體”的教學(xué)思想，并結(jié)合學(xué)校德育科的對(duì)小學(xué)生心理健康教育，發(fā)展學(xué)生心理;創(chuàng)設(shè)情境，誘發(fā)學(xué)生的認(rèn)知需求和創(chuàng)新欲望，使學(xué)生從情感、思維和行為上主動(dòng)參與學(xué)習(xí);在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生形象和抽象、分析和綜合思維能力的同時(shí)，有意識(shí)地培養(yǎng)學(xué)生求新、求異、聚合、發(fā)散等創(chuàng)新學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)所要求的思維方式和方法;以學(xué)生創(chuàng)新學(xué)習(xí)為主線組織課堂教學(xué)活動(dòng)，鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生主動(dòng)參與、主動(dòng)探索、主動(dòng)思考、主動(dòng)操作、主動(dòng)評(píng)價(jià)，運(yùn)用啟發(fā)學(xué)習(xí)、嘗試學(xué)習(xí)、發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)習(xí)、合作學(xué)習(xí)等方法，在教學(xué)中求創(chuàng)新，在活動(dòng)中促發(fā)展，課堂教學(xué)重視學(xué)生的訓(xùn)練，精心設(shè)計(jì)練習(xí)作業(yè)，練習(xí)作業(yè)有層次有坡度，對(duì)學(xué)生的作業(yè)嚴(yán)格要求，培養(yǎng)良好的作業(yè)習(xí)慣。根據(jù)學(xué)生的實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行集體輔導(dǎo)和個(gè)人輔導(dǎo)，熱情輔導(dǎo)中下生，有組織地進(jìn)行課外活動(dòng)，活動(dòng)講究實(shí)效;重視對(duì)學(xué)生的知識(shí)考查，做好學(xué)生的補(bǔ)漏工作。根據(jù)教材的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行德育滲透，對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行有效的品德教育。把課堂上獲取知識(shí)的主動(dòng)權(quán)交給學(xué)生，讓學(xué)生成為信息的主動(dòng)攝取者和加工者，充分發(fā)掘?qū)W生自己的潛能。使學(xué)生從被動(dòng)接受的“要我學(xué)”轉(zhuǎn)化為主動(dòng)的“我要學(xué)”，變“學(xué)會(huì)”為“會(huì)學(xué)”。“我要學(xué)”、“學(xué)會(huì)”與“我要學(xué)并學(xué)會(huì)”都是使學(xué)生掌握基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)的基本技能。

要提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量，還要做好課后輔導(dǎo)工作，部分學(xué)生缺乏自覺(jué)性，經(jīng)常不能按時(shí)完成作業(yè)，甚至有的學(xué)生欠交作業(yè)，針對(duì)這種問(wèn)題，我就進(jìn)行對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行思想教育。樹(shù)立學(xué)習(xí)的信心，有的學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)不理想，并不是他們沒(méi)有潛能，而是不相信自己有潛能，在經(jīng)歷了一兩次失敗和挫折后，對(duì)自己失去了信心。因此形成“自己腦子笨”這種意識(shí)，久而久之，形成習(xí)慣，一遇到問(wèn)題，先想自己不行，對(duì)自己沒(méi)信心，結(jié)果自己什么都學(xué)不成，什么都不想學(xué)，作業(yè)不會(huì)做，造成成績(jī)低下。

班主任工作方面，做到認(rèn)真完成學(xué)校布置的各項(xiàng)工作，重視班風(fēng)、學(xué)風(fēng)的培養(yǎng)，深入了解每個(gè)學(xué)生的思想動(dòng)態(tài)。嚴(yán)格管理，積極與家長(zhǎng)配合，研究教育學(xué)生的有效方法。及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題及時(shí)處理。針對(duì)學(xué)生常規(guī)工作常抓不懈，實(shí)施制度量化制度的管理。培養(yǎng)學(xué)生養(yǎng)成學(xué)習(xí)、清潔衛(wèi)生等良好的習(xí)慣。努力創(chuàng)造一個(gè)團(tuán)結(jié)向上，富有朝氣的班集體。發(fā)現(xiàn)個(gè)別學(xué)生的問(wèn)題時(shí)，能夠主動(dòng)與家長(zhǎng)聯(lián)系，并力爭(zhēng)家長(zhǎng)的理解、支持和配合，向家長(zhǎng)宣傳科學(xué)的教子方法，使家庭教育與學(xué)校教育同步，共同培育好青少年一代。

時(shí)光飛逝轉(zhuǎn)眼間20xx年即將離我們而去，新的20xx年已近接踵而來(lái)，光陰似箭，歲月匆匆，時(shí)間伴隨著我們的腳步急馳而去，穆然回首，才發(fā)現(xiàn)過(guò)去的一年并不能畫(huà)上圓滿的句號(hào)，內(nèi)心不僅感慨萬(wàn)千，新的一年又開(kāi)始了，在我們昂首期待未來(lái)的時(shí)候，有必要對(duì)過(guò)去一年的工作做一個(gè)回顧，總結(jié)以往的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)，以待在新的一年有所改進(jìn)。從進(jìn)入公司以來(lái)，在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及各部門(mén)各同事的幫助下，我順利的完成了工作的任務(wù)。在工作期間同事互幫互助，對(duì)我也很照顧讓我工作上迅速上手。我們公司的開(kāi)發(fā)速度很迅速，從立項(xiàng)、研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)工作井井有條一氣呵成的完成開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目。我知道我還有很多不足，還有很多需要提升在下個(gè)年度里，我將努力做好工作，積極學(xué)習(xí)提高自己的設(shè)計(jì)水平更好的服務(wù)公司。以下是我的自我評(píng)價(jià)：

1、 收獲了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事的關(guān)照和幫助，讓我很好的融入了這個(gè)大家庭。

2、 從事一份新的工作，就有新的挑戰(zhàn)，新的歷練，在工作上也讓我了解到以前不同的思維、設(shè)計(jì)、交互方式的差異，更加完善了我對(duì)ui設(shè)計(jì)的理解。

3、 體驗(yàn)了從需求、立項(xiàng)、設(shè)計(jì)、研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)這一整套流程下的工作模式。 有待進(jìn)?。?/p>

1、 對(duì)產(chǎn)品了解不夠深：表現(xiàn)在產(chǎn)品使用人群、產(chǎn)品使用環(huán)境、產(chǎn)品的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)

2、 對(duì)用戶需求、操作、習(xí)性沒(méi)有做過(guò)深度有效的調(diào)研。

3、 對(duì)產(chǎn)品操作上沒(méi)有很好的結(jié)合使用環(huán)境、使用者狀態(tài)分析

期望公司能在視覺(jué)這一塊區(qū)域能加大力度，視覺(jué)和硬件都是產(chǎn)品的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，現(xiàn)今全民交互的大時(shí)代，制造工藝的平均化，最廉價(jià)的提升產(chǎn)品競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的方式就是在視覺(jué)上提升。希望公司能給我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)人員多提供一些專(zhuān)業(yè)上的培訓(xùn)機(jī)會(huì)。參加一些業(yè)界頂級(jí)設(shè)計(jì)師講座等;多思維的碰撞和討論才能產(chǎn)生完美的產(chǎn)品。工作時(shí)間上能科學(xué)化安排。

公司產(chǎn)品方面以后可以推出一些親民產(chǎn)品結(jié)合互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，研發(fā)普通級(jí)別能改善生活的產(chǎn)品。例如智能穿戴、智能家居這方面的產(chǎn)品，生活需求大于工業(yè)需求，現(xiàn)在很多網(wǎng)絡(luò)公司和制造業(yè)公司合作，進(jìn)軍智能生活市場(chǎng)。我們應(yīng)該跟隨市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì)，利用我們公司的優(yōu)勢(shì)創(chuàng)造更多的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
