今天,我想和大家來說一說在現(xiàn)代社會中,十分普遍的一種“絕癥”——拖延癥。

拖延癥是指自我調(diào)節(jié)失敗,在能夠預(yù)料后果有害的情況下,仍然把計劃要做的事情往后推遲的一種行為。

相信大家在平時生活中都有這樣的體驗:下周要月考,英語單詞還沒有背熟,但還是不能翻開英語書好好地背單詞,總想著“還有一個禮拜”、早著呢;或者語文要看的古文字詞義還沒記牢,明明手上沒有什么事,寧可翻開小說看幾眼,或者拿起手機(jī)玩一會兒游戲,都不愿意翻開課本。總要拖到最后幾天、甚至最后一天才翻開書,嘴里念叨著“來不及了來不及了”、一邊后悔為什么沒有提前復(fù)習(xí)。這樣臨時抱佛腳、很有可能被佛一腳踢開??荚嚱Y(jié)束之后,痛定思痛、下定決心,下次考試一定要好好復(fù)習(xí);然后呢?然后下一次還是被拖延癥扯斷了后腿。如此循環(huán)、周而復(fù)始。

對于這樣的事我深有體會。就比如這次演講,在半個月前我就開始想講什么,但是總想著這周是男生講,有一個周末的時間來準(zhǔn)備,沒有關(guān)系;或者就算這周是女生講,但是輪不到我,還有時間。就這樣一直拖拖拖,直到昨天我才決定,用自己血淋淋的教訓(xùn),作為今天演講的話題。

我們都知道拖延癥有多么嚴(yán)重的后果,那有什么解決的方法呢?一位心理學(xué)家尼爾·菲奧里有一本書叫《戰(zhàn)勝拖拉》,書中提到這樣一個方法,叫“逆向日程表”法。簡單來說,就是從最終完成任務(wù)的那個日期算起,往前推,到哪一天該完成哪一階段,一直逆推到當(dāng)下。這樣就不會沒有緊迫感;同樣,一個巨大的任務(wù)被分割成小部分,看起來也會輕松一些、人的畏難心理也會減輕。

還有一種方法被叫做“番茄工作法”,這個方法來源于一個番茄計時器,這個計時器每30分鐘會報一次時。實驗者在這30分鐘內(nèi)分配休息和工作的時間,每30分鐘被稱為一個“番茄時間”。經(jīng)過很多次實驗后,人們發(fā)現(xiàn),25分鐘工作和5分鐘休息是比較合理、容易被人接受的;也可以讓人專心工作、不被誘惑分散注意力。

拖延癥狀歸納為五點:1、面對事情無從下手時,有目標(biāo)、有方法、缺乏步驟!(猶豫型)2、在做事的過程中缺乏思考,缺乏技巧,總是結(jié)果不好,后悔。(沖動型)3、定下目標(biāo),就是做不到,缺乏執(zhí)行力或者堅持,光說不練。(懶惰型)4、沒有目標(biāo),沒有激情,不知道該往哪去,混一天是一天。(迷茫型)5、有了目標(biāo),有計劃,但總是被他人影響,最后總是偏離自己的目的,甚至做了完全相反的結(jié)果。(盲從型)

克服拖延,提升執(zhí)行力:

一、掌握方法,做正確的事。很多人之所以行動力不足,部分原因是在已有目標(biāo)和方向的前提下,沒有掌握正確的方法,因此導(dǎo)致辦事效率低下,手頭事物的序列混亂、復(fù)雜、思路不清晰,因此對于事務(wù)的進(jìn)行非常不順利,久而久之變成了拖延,這屬于執(zhí)行過程中缺乏有效的方法,導(dǎo)致進(jìn)度緩慢低下。

二、學(xué)會排列事務(wù)序列以及進(jìn)行時間管理。專門針對注意力分散,思維跳躍的人。對于這類人需要學(xué)會“番茄工作法”,就是將時間分成一個又一個的番茄塊,盡可能讓時間形成塊狀而非碎片化的方法,以達(dá)到高效的目的。在排列事件方面,需要按照嚴(yán)密的邏輯順序一步步的來,比如我要解決某個問題,第一步并不是去馬上提出解決方案,而是盡可能的先收集各類信息,進(jìn)行綜合的分析處理,才能找到解決方法。

三、學(xué)會拒絕。在工作中不必馬上回復(fù)的信息和被人要求幫助常常都會影響效率,引起拖延,而拒絕別人是一個高效能人士應(yīng)該具備的基本能力,而這個能力卻是大多數(shù)人都不具備的,在某些事情會影響到自身情況下,一定要學(xué)會用或硬或軟的方法拒絕。

and they were all writing, saying the same thing: ”i have this problem too." but what struck me was the contrast between the light tone of the post and the heaviness of these people were writing with intense frustration about what procrastination had done to their lives, about what this monkey had done to i thought about this, and i said, well, if the procrastinator's system works, then what's going on? why are all of these people in such a dark place?

大家好!

今天,我想和大家談?wù)劕F(xiàn)代社會中一種非常常見的“絕癥”——拖延癥。

拖延癥是一種自我調(diào)節(jié)失敗,即使預(yù)期到結(jié)果是有害的,也要推遲完成計劃任務(wù)的行為。

我相信每個人在日常生活中都有過這樣的經(jīng)歷:

下個星期的月考前,英語單詞還沒有背下來,但仍然不能打開英語書背誦單詞,總覺得“還有一個星期”,時間還早;看到古漢字的意思還沒有被記住,明明手上什么也沒有,寧愿翻開小說看幾眼,或者拿起手機(jī)玩一會兒游戲,也不愿翻開課本,總是拖到最后幾天,甚至最后一天才打開書,嘴里說“太晚了太晚了”,同時后悔為什么不提前復(fù)習(xí)??荚嚱Y(jié)束后,痛下決心,下次考試一定要好好復(fù)習(xí),然后下一次再次被拖延癥耽誤。

我對這類事情有很深的經(jīng)驗。例如,在這次演講中,半個月前,我開始想說些什么,但總覺得這周是男生講,還有一個周末可以準(zhǔn)備,沒關(guān)系,即使這周是女生講,也不一定輪到自己,就這樣一直被窩拖延,直到昨天才急急忙忙準(zhǔn)備,這真是一次非常深刻的教訓(xùn)啊。

我們都知道拖延的后果有多嚴(yán)重,那么解決辦法是什么呢?正如心理學(xué)家尼爾·菲奧里在一本書中描述的那樣,克服拖延癥的一種方法是“逆向日程表”。簡單的說,就是最終完成任務(wù)的那個日期算起,往前推,到哪一天該完成哪一階段,一直推到當(dāng)下,這樣你就不會失去緊迫感。同樣地,當(dāng)一項巨大的任務(wù)被分解成更小的部分時,它似乎更容易,對困難的恐懼感也會減輕。
