“its long long journey,till i know where i supposed to be”,life is just like journey ,you never know what will happen,luckly , i am a tour guide on my own .the way to journey ,tour guide take me out of cross way .i like to be tour guide and i want to be .durring our life travelling ,we may come across lots of pleasant or unpleasant things ,but we must go on ,yes?going on to find the way to make our beautiful dream true .however they can be changed into experience in our life ,so let it be ,and never give up .

目前，國(guó)內(nèi)外開(kāi)設(shè)了許多特長(zhǎng)培訓(xùn)班，但這些班級(jí)幾乎都是一些在校外開(kāi)辦的私立班級(jí)，沒(méi)有把特長(zhǎng)學(xué)習(xí)和學(xué)校里的書(shū)面學(xué)習(xí)有機(jī)結(jié)合起來(lái)，無(wú)法實(shí)現(xiàn)小學(xué)生真正意義上的德、智、體、美、勞全面發(fā)展。學(xué)校里有特長(zhǎng)的教師很少，而且具有的特長(zhǎng)比較單一，或者大多數(shù)有特長(zhǎng)的教師只注重按時(shí)授予關(guān)于特長(zhǎng)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，不能充分利用課堂資源來(lái)發(fā)現(xiàn)和激發(fā)小學(xué)生的興趣愛(ài)好，導(dǎo)致一些小學(xué)生對(duì)特長(zhǎng)所具有的天賦被抹殺，或者一些小學(xué)生的家長(zhǎng)不了解自己孩子的興趣愛(ài)好，盲目地把家長(zhǎng)自己的意愿強(qiáng)加給孩子，讓他們?nèi)W(xué)習(xí)自己并不感興趣的東西，不利于學(xué)生的健康成長(zhǎng)。

發(fā)展趨勢(shì)：

當(dāng)今社會(huì)，各類(lèi)特長(zhǎng)文化已經(jīng)發(fā)展到相對(duì)沿海城市較落后的小城市，并且得到逐步的完善，特長(zhǎng)文化的大量普及將會(huì)從生活中影響到家長(zhǎng)只注重孩子分?jǐn)?shù)的看法，從而又進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)特長(zhǎng)文化的大量普及。當(dāng)今學(xué)生的特長(zhǎng)學(xué)習(xí)更加豐富、高質(zhì)量、多元化，改變了以往單一枯燥乏味的學(xué)習(xí)模式。每個(gè)學(xué)生都有可能成為小學(xué)教師，后一代的小學(xué)教師將會(huì)是多才多藝全面發(fā)展的新一代教師，對(duì)這一領(lǐng)域的研究也將會(huì)越來(lái)越多，越來(lái)越全面。

主要的研究?jī)?nèi)容有：

1、從教學(xué)過(guò)程中發(fā)現(xiàn)小學(xué)生的興趣愛(ài)好。

2、特長(zhǎng)培養(yǎng)對(duì)小學(xué)生的身體和心理健康發(fā)展的影響。

a、利用課余時(shí)間和學(xué)生進(jìn)行交流。

２、怎樣讓小學(xué)生感受到學(xué)習(xí)特長(zhǎng)的價(jià)值：

a、學(xué)?？梢远嘟M織一些有意義的活動(dòng)，讓學(xué)生積極參與。

b、教師帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生去校外參加比較大型的比賽。

c、給一些特長(zhǎng)比較突出的學(xué)生給予鼓勵(lì)和獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)，激勵(lì)每個(gè)學(xué)生不斷進(jìn)取。

３、為什么特長(zhǎng)學(xué)習(xí)會(huì)有利于其他學(xué)習(xí)：

a、特長(zhǎng)學(xué)習(xí)磨練人的意志，讓學(xué)生養(yǎng)成做事不半途而廢的良好習(xí)慣。

b、特長(zhǎng)學(xué)習(xí)在潛意識(shí)中，能讓學(xué)生塑造一個(gè)活潑開(kāi)朗的性格，增強(qiáng)交際能力。

c、在長(zhǎng)期的演出、比賽中，培養(yǎng)良好的心理素質(zhì)。

解決的辦法：

1、本課題研究的方法主要有：文獻(xiàn)查閱法、觀(guān)察法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法等。

2、積累與該課題相關(guān)的知識(shí)，借鑒別人成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，對(duì)查閱文獻(xiàn)資料和知識(shí)進(jìn)行整合等，并在老師的精心指導(dǎo)下完成本研究。

第一階段：20**年6月—20**年8月選定論文寫(xiě)作方向、收集相關(guān)資料、閱讀文獻(xiàn)、擬定論文題目。

第二階段：20**年9月1日—20**年10月8日確定論文題目，擬定寫(xiě)作提綱、撰寫(xiě)論文開(kāi)題報(bào)告。

第三階段：20**年10月9日—20**年11月28日整理分析資料，撰寫(xiě)論文初稿。
